JERRY WALLS

OWNER/FOUNDER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR

In addition to Co-Owning Artisol Design and Property Revival, Jerry is our General Contractor, Project Lead, and Head "do it all and do it right" Leader. Hailing originally from Southern California, Jerry has made his home here in the Midwest and we couldn't be happier for it.

On his rare off day, Jerry spends time with his wife, Stephanie (a highly successful Realtor with Exit Realty!), and their four beautiful daughters. Jerry enjoys detailing and joyriding in his Porsche convertible, cooking and entertaining friends, traveling and taking care of every person he meets in one way or another.

RYAN LEWIS

CO-OWNER / TILE INSTALL EXPERT

Ryan is one of the three co-owners of Artisol Design and does all of our amazing tile installations. His years of experience in the field make him an expert at analyzing and assessing the best ways to complete complex and intricate tile installations at the Artisol Design jobsites. Ryan, working with his brother - Adam, are some of the best installers in Madison and are great at achieving and executing Artisol client's and the Artisol design team's visions.

When not covered in mortar and grout, at a jobsite, Ryan can be found enjoying a relaxing day on the golf course, out for a jog around his neighborhood, or jet-setting off for a new adventure.

JOHN SCHNEIDER

CO-OWNER / FOUNDER / REAL ESTATE AGENT

Born in Green Bay, John moved back to Wisconsin in 2007 and has been building, flipping, and selling houses in Madison and the surrounding communities for over a decade. His experience in marketing, design, and real estate help him help so many buy, sell, and revive their homes in Dane County with Artisol Design and as a Realtor with Exit Realty HGM.

On the weekends, John can be found following his daughter Layla and son Issak around Wisconsin at their baseball, softball, and basketball games, as well as their swim and ski meets year round. A talented musician, you might also see him at Buck n Honey's performing with "Gina and the Genuine Let Down's".

HUNTER BLAKE

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR / BOOKKEEPER

Hunter is our accountability specialist and over sees most of the day to day for Property Revival and Artisol Design. Hunter prides herself in thoughtfulness and order. If you don’t know the next step or have questions and are not sure who to ask she will find out and lead you to your answer.

In Hunter's personal life she enjoys running around with her dogs, Charlie and Rosie, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

AARON WISKIA

ESTIMATOR

Aaron Wiskia is a construction estimator with over 10 years of experience in the industry.

Throughout his career, Aaron has worked on a variety of construction projects, including commercial buildings, residential developments, and infrastructure projects. He takes pride in his ability to create accurate and comprehensive cost estimates, which have helped his clients to avoid costly overruns and delays.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys Golfing and spending time with his family. He is also an avid reader and enjoys staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the construction industry.

LINUS MAURICE

ESTIMATOR

Through hands on field work as a carpenter and project supervision as an assistant project manager, Linus has gained 5 years of industry experience. This has allowed him to transition seamlessly into estimation at Property Revival. He loves seeing projects come to life and how they can transform a home.

Linus is an avid sports fan and in his free time he enjoys playing sports such as basketball, baseball, bowling and golf. He also plays piano and likes making and listening to music.

DAMON BALDWIN

LEAD INSTALLER

Damon Baldwin is a born and raised Madison local, and has been with Property Revival serving our clients for over eight years as our Project Supervisor. Damon is a flooring, tile and painting specialist for the team but fills in where ever necessary with his many other skills.

When Damon is not working on Property Revival projects he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 sons, golfing, fishing, playing video games and watching the Packers.

TRAVIS WITT

LEAD CARPENTER

Travis Witt has over 10 years of industry experience, he is the Lead Carpenter at Property Revival. He is married, with two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, cooking, video games, and spending time with his family.

His favorite part of the job is working with a wide variety of clients, traveling, and seeing the incredible transformations that they create. He believes the very best part of the job is being able to witness firsthand how happy our customers are when they see their visions become reality.

BILLY RIKARD

CONSTRUCTION LEAD

Originally from Memphis Tennessee, Billy has 20 years of construction expertise, perfecting his craft in doors, trim and cabinetry. When Billy is not on a jobsite he is traveling with his softball league or spending time with his wife and children.
